Classes

Basic Life Support (BLS)

BLS class teaches students how to perform high quality chest compression and ventilation, along with the use of an AED, etc. BLS is use on infants through adults.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

ACLS is an advance CPR class for adults patients / victims, which teaches the identification of cardiac arrest, cardiac dysrhythmia, acute coronary syndrome, post-cardiac arrest care and stroke. In the class, we teach medications use during a resuscitation, air way management, IV and IO access, cardio-version, defibrillation, etc.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

PALS is an advance resuscitation class for children, which teaches the identification of cardiac arrest, cardiac dysrhythmia and post-cardiac arrest care. In the class, we teach medications that are being use during a resuscitation for children, air way management, IV and IO access, cardio-version, defibrillation, etc.

Basic ECG

Basic ECG class teaches correct lead placements, interpretation of basic rhythm,  calculation of heart rate, dimension of ECG interval and assessment of other waves.

12 lead ECG

12 lead ECG class teach students how to perform and interpret a 12 lead ECG. In the class, we will be discussing dysrhythmias, identifying myocardial infarction, etc.

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI)

CPI teaches verbal and nonverbal skills for managing difficult situations. During the class, students will learn how to neutralize an escalating situation.
